What to Expect
We begin with a free 30-minute discovery call to explore your goals and determine whether professional coaching is a good fit. Individual professional coaching sessions are 55 minutes and offered via Zoom or in person (Atlanta only).
For organizations, healthcare systems, and teams, coaching is offered through customized engagements or retainers rather than single sessions. These partnerships are designed to meet the specific needs of leaders and organizations over time.

Professional coaching with Jill is trauma-informed, relational, and coaching-based. Rather than focusing solely on performance or productivity, the work supports reflection, integration, and sustainable change.

No prior experience with coaching, EFT, or meditation is required. Tools are used thoughtfully and only when they support your professional goals.
