Allyship and Equity Coaching
Allyship and equity coaching to stay engaged in a complex political and cultural moment.
In today’s climate, integrating anti-racism and equity practices into your life or workplace can feel polarizing, exhausting, and risky, making thoughtful guidance and accountability more important than ever. If you’re here, you’re already taking a meaningful step toward ethical, informed action. You’re in the right place.
Allyship and equity coaching goes beyond education or awareness. It helps you turn insight into clear, sustainable action, strengthening your capacity to show up with confidence, integrity, and care, even as the landscape continues to shift.
“Wow. Your advice just put me in a place of total ah-ha and took me out of my defensive mode which I did not even realize I was submerged within. The depth of realizing what happened is a lesson I will not forget.”
Who Allyship and Equity Coaching Is For
Allyship and equity coaching is for individuals and organizations ready to engage in or improve their anti-racism and equity practices, even when it feels uncomfortable, complicated, or uncertain. This includes:
People seeking allyship and equity coaching to address bias, privilege, and racial anxiety in a safe, supportive setting
Individuals who want guidance to act effectively in a climate where conversations about race and justice are often difficult or contested
Those who have completed trainings or self-study and now want support integrating learning into everyday action
Leaders and DEI committee members who want to navigate organizational equity efforts amidst political, social, or cultural uncertainty
Anyone committed to sustained anti-racism and anti-oppression work, especially when it feels hard, ambiguous, or emotionally challenging
What Allyship and Equity Coaching Can Support
Through coaching, you will:
Build courage and emotional resilience to engage in equity work even when it feels risky or uncertain
Understand how bias, privilege, and systemic oppression operate in yourself, your relationships, and your environment
Translate awareness into concrete actions that reflect your values and impact others positively
Develop an Allyship and Equity Action Plan you can implement thoughtfully, even in shifting political or cultural conditions
Show up more effectively in professional, community, and personal contexts where conversations about race and justice are complicated
Apply your insights to team or organizational equity efforts in a way that is both practical and sustainable
Jill also offers workplace remediation coaching for individuals, leaders, and teams navigating harm or conflict related to bias, racism, or inequity. This work is designed for moments when something has already occurred and there is a desire to respond with accountability, repair, and learning rather than avoidance or blame.
Remediation coaching can support individuals or teams in addressing impact, rebuilding trust, and moving forward with greater awareness and care. Engagements are confidential, trauma-informed, and tailored to the specific workplace context. Workplace remediation coaching is available as a stand-alone engagement or as part of a broader allyship and equity coaching partnership.
“As someone who is often in the other seat of this process, I appreciated having someone who was both knowledgeable and compassionate to encourage me to focus on what I needed to do and decide about my next steps. Jill is thoughtful, warm, knowledgeable and clear, all assets to doing this work.”
How Allyship and Equity Coaching Works

You’ll learn practical tools to integrate insights and practices into daily life, and you’ll receive guidance for building sustainable habits, so action continues even when the climate shifts.
