to Support Resistance
A Yoga, EFT/Tapping, and Restorative Retreat
with Jill Wener and Lisa Wolff
September 4-7, 2025
Heartwood Retreat Center, Blue Ridge, GA
Respite Retreat

Our Shared Mission:
We (Jill and Lisa) met in yoga class in 2024 and quickly realized that we are both passionate about anti-racism, anti-oppression, and trauma healing work. Life is hard right now! We dreamed up this retreat with the idea of offering rest and support to folks who are re-imagining and working towards a brighter, more vibrant future.
We envision a future in which we collectively support each other, community prevails, and all people have the freedom and autonomy to be fully self-expressed. We are in this together for the long haul, and our hope is that this long weekend provides space to rest, build community, and bring tools to sustain and support you when you go back home.
